To help you with the online ordering process for your child’s hockey photos, I’ve put together a few helpful details:

Please note that no order modifications will be accepted once your order has been completed.
For 2025–2026 hockey card and poster orders, the visuals for these two products will be as follows:

Photos will be delivered to your hockey association within 10 to 15 business days following the order deadline. Your team manager will be responsible for handing out the photos once all orders have been received.
Within 12 to 24 hours after your payment, your digital photos will be automatically sent to you by email.
Remember to check your spam folder.
If you did not receive your invoice immediately after placing your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Contact me and I will be happy to help.
Payment is made by credit card directly on the ordering site.
If, for any reason, you are unable to pay by credit card, contact me and we will find an alternative payment method.
Unfortunately, no. Once your transaction is completed and paid, the order is automatically sent to the printing lab.
